Our commitment to customer service has carried over to our school and group business. It must be emphasized that the coordinator and school staff are responsible for the student's safety and orientation. Although our staff will be here to assist, ultimately the person responsible for coordinating the venture must make certain that all applicable recommendations are adhered to. Supervisors are expected to be responsible for the student supervision and control at all times. Sir Sam's reserves the right to revoke the ski ticket of any skier for infrations of rules, policy, regulations, or unacceptable conduct. ID is required for rentals
