These 3 day camps are a great way to learn the basics of X-country, Downhill, and bike park riding as well as learning how to care and tune your bike and proper rider etiquette. What a great way to spend summer hours meeting new friends, learning new things and building the skills for years of biking pleasure.

Instructor :Heather Stanley has been working as a health-care provider and personal trainer/coach since 1986. She has competed in several disciplines including cross-country mountain biking, trail & road running, duathlons, road triathlons and Xterra events. Her passion is cross-country mountain biking and she has raced this discipline at a pro-elite level. Heather's practical skills & education - a BSc in Kinesiology, Masters degree inNutrition, NCCP certification, certified yoga teacher (to name a few) - give her clients a comprehensive coaching experience.
Instructor: Kristi MacDonald owns a road, downhill and mountain bike. Her passion is cycling. Six years ago she opened “The Bike Shop in Gravenhurst”. Kristi has hosted and coached women's mountain bike camps. Kristi enjoys propelling cyclist to their next level.
